Easy Teriyaki Tofu Balls | Tasty Tofu Recipe

- 500 g firm tofu (pressed)
- 1/2 carrot
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 stalk scallion
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- salt and pepper to taste
- 5 tbsp cornstarch
- cooking spray
- air fry at 180°C for 15 to 18 minutes (flip halfway)
Teriyaki Sauce
- 3 tbsp coconut aminos
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic (grated)
- 1 tbsp ginger (grated)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Other Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- toasted sesame seeds
- blanched bokchoy
