This is a very versatile recipe. It can be sliced and used for sandwiches, diced and put into soups and salads, or used as a substitute for chicken in your favorite recipes, it can be made ahead of time and frozen.

  1. Mix and knead for about 1 minute Shape into a flat ball about 3 inches thick. Place on sprayed non-stick cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 1 hour or until golden brown.
